Summary
Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is the original story to the sweeping hit Jujutsu Kaisen series. It is set in an alternate timeline and focuses on a high school student Yuta Okkotsu who is dominated by the ghost of Rika Orimoto, a childhood friend of his whom he was in love with. Rika died in a car accident, and even after that, she is still present. Nevertheless, her spirit takes a shape of a strong curse that safeguards Yuta but threatens other people instead. Yuta who possessed Rika’s curse gets distressed and depressed due to the fact that he consider his presence harmful to everyone because he is carrying the curse.
The course of Yuta’s life changes once he is accepted by Satoru Gojo, a jujutsu sorcerer and teacher at Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College (Tokyo Jujutsu High). Gojo allocates a place for Yuta in school where hunters of curses are trained. Making the most of the opportunity, Yuta begins to learn how to master the curse of Rika, and makes friends with his classmates Maki Zenin, Toge Inumaki, and Panda who have their distinct jujutsu skills.
This takes place after Yuta is used to the curse techniques. He finds himself being pursued by Suguru Geto, an enemy and a former Jujutsu sorcerer. Geto then proceeds to detail his plans for attacking the school as well as the ing to murder all non sorcerers and to rule the world for jujutsu sorcerers only. Yuta and the rest of the gang have to these people, Geto and stop his evil plans from coming true.
Yuta begins to accept others, having defeated enemies and overcome emotional turmoil, and gets to the theme of love and loss, and the desire to protect.

Jujutsu Kaisen 0 has generally impressed its viewers even on-site evaluation because of the wonderful use of animation, well-developed characters as well as profoundly narrated story.
